GUYS !! Do u think he likes me ?

Hey i know this guy and he's really cute and he's really nice and I really like him but he's always giving me mixed signels and it's driving me crazy !!! My friends locker is right beside his and when I went to go talk to her he kept smiling snd checking me out and when I left he asked my friend who I was and what I was like and that I was hot . Another time I was in the hall way and I see him I smile at him and he gives me a dirty look !! And not a funny one ! At the dance I was dancing with my friends and I noticed that he was just standing there watching me the whole time even my friends noticed and got creeped out ! And during the slow songs he said maybe to dancing with me and yes to a grade 7 kid !!!! Another time he and his friends were sitting down at the end of the hallway and I was walking and he was staring right at me I had some tight skinnys on that made my butt look really big which was were he was staring and when I noticed he just blushed and smiled big I walked away and look over my shoulder snd he was watching me while biting his lip . Does he like me or not ? Please help it's driving me crazy !
