I am 15 and throw 80-82 when pitching. How much could my velocity increase in the next three years?
I just turned 15 almost 3 months ago. I am 6"0 150lbs. I throw a 2 seam, knucklecurve, splitter, and fosh change up. Im not very strong when it comes to weight lifting so I get all my velocity from my mechanics which I have been working on for 6 or 7 years. I have been doing band work for 3 years routinely to protect my rotator cuff but that's about all the work outs i have done in the past. I have been starting some core, forearm, and leg workouts which I will continue on and will get even tougher in the winter which is my off season (i play spring, summer, and fall ball). So any tips or anything will help I want to get my fast ball up to 90 by the time I'm 17. I plan to play collage ball and maybe go further if I'm lucky.
