On my penis i have some small dots, and a seam?

down my penis i have a seam (i have not been circumcised) and the skin on one side is darker, the seam ends at the tip, where it is red. I also have small white dots on the underside of my penis which seam to all be connected to hairs. is this normal? it is also vain covered (with red arteries)
