Help Me PLEASE! Need relationship help!?

Ok well i have been dating A for now 3 months and he says he wanted to pop the question.... too early for me... he had the nerve to ask my older brother how to make me happy... i have known him since we were little... I am a firm believer of the guy being the dependant snd wanting to go to church and he had the nerve to say he don't velieve that God hears him. Well my old friend B came into my life the other day and i have never forgot the feelings we had in the past and he has proven he wants to be with me. Well i started praying to God about it and every since then A and i have been argueing and B is still waiting for my decision. They both have a ruff background. I have no idea what to do..... PLEASE HELP
