My laptop keyboard does not work after coffee spillage?

about a month ago, i spilled coffee onto my laptop, so i immediately turned it off and dried it etc, i then left it to dry for about 3 weeks. when i turned it on again, i found that the laptop was working fine but the keyboard did not work at all bar the windows button can anyone help me?
