My son can't sit still long enough to learn?

I recently ordered the your baby can read program.it was exspensive, but I knew it would be worth it, bc my don doesn't speak well for his age, and I wanted to give a head start on somethings before he starts school in the nxt couple years ( he's 2,will be 3 in nov). The only problem is t that my son can't pay attention or sit still long enough to pay attention to the DVDs, he constantly gets distracted, even with nothing around him. He does ok waith the cards and the books, but not the DVD.snd suggestions would help. Thanks
