Pelvic rest 7 weeks????

I went to hospital about 2 weeks ago for brown discharge snd the baby was fine then I went back a few days ago and baby was even better and they heard a heartbeat my question is would it be okay to play with my clit as lOng as I'm not penetrating my vagina ?? I'm 7 weeks ! I still have the brown discharge everyone inawhile and slight cramping but no pain
