What do you think to my parents?

Hi, I'm 13, but I seriously get freaked out easily, I have to sleep with the light on because I saw a bit of the last exorcism, and alot of other creepy films, on a night I've been asking either my mum or dad to stay with me in my bed because I freak out, I keep the hallway light on so I can see the top of the stairs, I can't close doors, I don't like it when they are closed , I freak out. So i ask them to stay with me in bed, sometimes they stay in bed with me sometimes they don't, but they dont understand how scared I get. So one night I was on my own, and I could hear them talking about me, saying really horrible things like " she's 13 and she still keeps the light on" and saying " she is so selfish and docent do anything to help us do anything, all she does is sit on her lazy **** all day and do nothing, if I ask her to do something she is too lazy to do it, she makes me get up and do everything for her, she always wants me to sit next to her, I can't be doing with staying in her room night after night" and even worst things, but this made me really cry, I was so upset and I couldn't beileve they were saying things like that, and at the same time I was scared because it wad night and I was all on my own, my dad came in and was like " aw why you crying" like he totally forgot what he was saying about me, so I kept saying oh it docent matter I'm fine and he kept saying whats wrong, so i said "i could hear you talking about me" while i was crying , he didnt say anything after, then my mum came in and said " why you crying" like she didn't care, and I kept saying it docent matter but she wasn't very sympathetic , and she said " is it because your tired?" and my dad said "yeah, cos you really cry when your tired dont you" and they kept saying hirrible stuff snd i just wished i didnt say any thing, then my dad said " it's because she feels left out" and my mum was like forgod sake, I sometimes feel left out but there's no need to cry , and I was like no it's not that
