i gave order for a book from online web site i.e flipkart.com.they sent me some other medium book.after some correspondence,they apologised and they told they will pick up that book.but,nothing happened.after some time, i shouted at them and some senior executive apolised and told they will pick up as soon as possible and they will snd correct book.again nothing happened.after some shouting they told pick up is not possible from my place. it is only possible in some cities.as i have sent to their book to their address.as i tried and it is costing me more than book cost. finally, i keep that book in my bangalore residence and i mail them my address and told to pick up that book as it is possible in that city.now,thy are insisting that i have send that to their address.even i threatened with leaga options but there is no response.what i should do as i am staying in some border area where consumer court facilities are not avilable.please help me how to tackle them.already,i have been suffering this agony for eight months.
