What helps get a smell completely out of a room with out windows?

I've had a couple spills of some pretty strong stuff in my windowless bathroom. and if i leave my bathroom door shut for awhile then i will walk into the bathroom and get the smell of it. 1 spill was tea tree oil (it happened quite a few months ago)! i really don't want to keep smelling it. another spill was today.... with nail polish remover :P I am such a clutz! so pleeeease help! :(
