Whats wrong with my mac?

Okay so yesterday some water spilled on my keyboard after about 2 minutes the keyboard started using caps even when the caps was off so i turned it off and turned it back on but when it got to my log in screen i couldn't log in because the keyboard was going all retarded i realized that when i would turn it on it would automaticly have the caps on so i turned it off and let it sit over night now i woke up this morning and turned on my mac the caps wasn't on and then on the white screen a little loading sign appeared and now my mac is turning on and off by itself someone help me please !
