Bed bug question please!!!!?

oky well i woke up this morning and found 4 bites underneath my arm, this never happened before, after work i checked and found just 1 bed bug underneath my blanket, me and my step dad looked EVERYWHERE in every single crack, and there was nothing, i'm washing everything now, but my boyfriend just found out he had them and i was laying in his bed one day and one crawled right next to me and so he picked up the matress and there were like 6 he could see underneath the seam of his matress, but his dad and him said they used spray and killed all of them including washing everything. I just don't know wat to do im so disgusted and i know he gave them to me, i love him with all my heart but i can't keep getting these nasty things. wat would be your advice? help... sad, mad and disgusted. and remember there was only one i seen and there's no more, i checked every spot there was.
