How do I Get out This Dream! HELP?

its one of thoose naked dreams and people keep looking at me? at first i thought it was reality but its not becouse when i looked outside the sky was bright red and evrythings slowed down and evrythings so sureall and ( bread cakes ect have a purple ting to them) iv tried evrything to wake up i tried shouting but no sound comes out and i tried slapping/pinching myslef i even tried stabbing myself but i feel no pain like iv got that pins and neadles all over... i even tried running over to people snd screaming for help and they just laugh like really scary like the joker! and when i try to get dressed my hards dont seem to work and my clothes dissapear im in apublic libary i know its a dream but its still embarrasing.. but anyway in my dream the internet exists and so dose yahoo awnsers so i signed on as myself and it worked! so im gna try and use this to help me wake up SO PLEASE HELP?? THIS IS NOT A JOKE IM REALLY SCARED INCASE I DONT WAKE UP (im also not on drugs) And Dont Say Its not a Dream Becouse This Happend Before and it took Me agges to wake up but this time im not.. please? :'(
